Police services have immediately arrived at the scene, finding that the victim is R.B. Twenty-six years old, resident of Barbulush, who has been sent to Morgun at Shkodra Regional Hospital.
From preliminary examination of legal medicine, no evidence of violence or any other external factor is found in the victim's body.
From statements received, the victim did not have open conflicts with other people, but had mental problems, and was alcohol users, where it is suspected that drowning is the cause of death.
Complete forensic expertise is expected to determine the exact cause of death.
The investigative group in co-operation with the Prosecutor of the Shkodra Judicial District are working to clarify the circumstances of this event.
