Lekaj has clarified in the Assembly that the outcome of this part was meant to be completed in January 2018 but forced to postpone it until December 31, 2018.
He has said that delays due to neglect by the past government have prompted the work for which the company has demanded compensation to postpone, broadcast news.net.
He has said that for three years the government has made no payments.
“Works would have to be completed in January 2018, but have not occurred because of delays from the previous government and we have been forced to postpone it December 31st 2018. If you go to Arbitrage the entire budget could go to”, Lekay said.
