Isa Mustafa: Those who rejoice in the killing of our activists, few have The Hague

He has stressed that those who rejoice in the murder of our activists, few have The Hague, because the crime committed against every human and every citizen regardless of the ethnic, political, religious affiliation is a crime that must be tried and punished.

Without wanting to distinguish in this case, I want to forward to their families and the people of Kosovo, the feeling of humility before the life and work of all those who, in time and under different circumstances, worked and sacrificed everything for Kosovo's freedom and its future.

Their activities in the service of the country are recognised by Kosovo citizens. We owe what is possible to illuminate the circumstances of many of them. Because they were working with their whole being in the interest of Kosovo and its people.

Justice for them is the obligation, not only to their families and our political family, but also to Kosovo's future. Criminals, both hands and orders and advocates of murder will be brought to justice.

The LDK clearly and strongly testified that it is a party that can lead the state without corruption; with the best economic programme, towards the European Union and in partnership with the United States of America.

Within the LDK there were many skeptical and critical why we are ruling the country with the PDK. Opposition United by V V, AAK, the Initiative attacked us and attacked us with tear gas, spray, stones, Molotov cocktails, assassination attempts. They didn't even save our families, but we didn't give up because their motives were low.

We worked with unique devotion to good governance, creating preconditions for economic development, rule of order and law. And, to remove Kosovo's risk of unfair damage from the elements of radicalism and extremism.

Unfortunately, we were on our own. But that did not weaken us. On the contrary. The evil our political rivals witnessed against us and Kosovo has only strengthened the Democratic League of Kosovo.

Because, uniting everyone against the Democratic League of Kosovo, Kosovo citizens have fully clarified the reality.
And, in their eyes, the Democratic League of Kosovo, now is the only solution.

For that we are working hard and asking you to, even use this Democratic League of Kosovo birthday, to strengthen our internal unity, to strengthen this conviction of the citizens of Kosovo and to represent this mission they have assigned us.

We have to work hard. And we have to work together. Respecting everyone's opinion, but pushing ahead the decisions of the Democratic League of Kosovo, which are drawn through democratic forms.

The fact that the Democratic League of Kosovo is returning the unfairly denied chance of being the most popular party, of course, does not fit our political rivals. But that should not stumble us. He can't even shake us.

We must step up our efforts to strengthen it OUR news with Kosovo citizens, who deserve to be guided by the Kosovo Democratic League program platform. And will be led by the Democratic League of Kosovo.

We launched important projects for Kosovo, signed a Stabilisation and Association Agreement, memorandum for the T project. New Kosovo, we proclaimed a leading country in Europe in creating business-making conditions, stabilised the growth rate of 4%, stabilised the budget and raised it to over 2 billion euros. We fulfilled all conditions for visa liberalisation. It was only the ratification of the border line with Montenegro, which remained pending because of the AAK's then opposition, and now the deal has voted in the government.

The Democratic League of Kosovo in this mandate is scheduled to be the powerful opposition in the Kosovo Assembly. Both the opposition will work for the LDK and Kosovo; for empowering the values of the LDK that are in Kosovo's best interests and its citizens. We have no reason to support the decisions and irresponsible behaviour of the government and the current coalition. Because this is the government of bargains and low interests.

Our opposition will not only develop in the Parliament. We will use all democratic levities to confront those who rule badly and harm the country.

We have accepted the country in opposition as responsibility for the vote of our citizens. Because in national elections, we don't get enough votes to rule ourselves. Meanwhile, we have refused to rule with those with whom we calculated that we would do no good to the country.

We will co-operate with the VV as an opposition party in the country's interest issues, but the opposition will run it on its own.

Our country yesterday faced hasty steps to abolish the Law on Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office. The LDK and our parliamentary group estimated that vital issues for the country's existence should be addressed with caution and without haste.

The LDK estimates that justice must be implemented in all cases and for all indiscriminately. That we should preserve and cultivate partnerships with the United States of America and the EU and that Kosovo should maintain international contracts.

We see no reason for abolishing this law and we will oppose any action that endangers the exactness of our state and brings us back to the frames of Resolution 1244.

This does not mean that the LDK has been excited about this court. The LDK has not requested the establishment of this court. The LDK has sought justice. The establishment of this court has been sought and caused by the same that today organises its abolition. They have sought and deserved them and the type of those who claim that “major work if LDK activists have been killed.

Crime committed to every man and to every citizen regardless of ethnic, political, religious affiliation, is a crime to be tried and punished. These have little to go to The Hague.

The Democratic League of Kosovo has great potential of quartdro from all fields. We have a political programme harmonised with the political programmes of European popular parties, EPP. We are members of this family and have access to the best experiences of governance in the EU countries.

We are willing at any moment to take responsibility for governance of the country, with the support and vote of our citizens. Let's make a consolidated, numerically small government with strong political potential and competence for vital areas.

Our perspective lies in development and integration, it's European. Our friendship and faith remain strong in the United States. We will combine our economic development with our Euro-Atlantic orientation with permanent co-operation with the US, the EU and Great Britain. With countries helping Kosovo's independence.

The LDK is a party that can balance between the merits and experience of the founders of the LDK, the middle generation and the new generation; create space for young people and strengthen the deserved role of women.

With recent actions, creating space for new candidates for prime minister of the country and running young people for mayors have proved that our first interest should be the LDK, not our positions and personal positions.

Our time is a permanent and long-term value. Therefore, the motives for protagonism and personal and individual promotions should also be directed to the spas of creating a common and acceptable synergie of membership.

Honored members of the Assembly, the General Council of Headship, Branch Speakers and LDK activists,
Signals accepted in central and local elections, and not only of elections, speak of the need to make corrections in our organisation and action.
No matter where we won and where we did not, we have noted the need to continue with reforms.

We will create conditions for meritive people to assume party responsibilities and state responsibilities, now local governments and tomorrow at the central one.
Our anniversary is a good opportunity to reflect on today and the future.

So let me just mention here the dimensions that reflect today the LDK.

) The LDK is today the most powerful political party confirmed as such on October 22nd, when the LDK received mostly votes from Kosovo citizens;

) The LDK today is the only host of opposition in the face of the worst and most aggressive government the country has seen since the post-war;

) The LDK is today the only political option in the eyes of citizens and international partners, which can move the country forward;

) The LDK is today the only party which, with internal organisation and homogenity, represents all generations, all citizens, all layers of the population;

) The LDK is today the only member of Europe's largest political group, The EPP is a reliable partner of the US and partner countries in the EU.

So, we today like the LDK should, with the spirit of unity, with the great organization and expansion in the field, dimensionalise the front against evil and also expand our modern and developmental options, our real approach, with clean hands, avoiding the demagogues and the barren population that other parties are using.

From this gathering, I also believe in the name of each of you and members of the Democratic League of Kosovo sympathies, let me send a message to all our political rivals.

Soon, the Democratic League of Kosovo will lead Kosovo. To cut him off from isolation like 28 years ago.

To head west like 28 years ago.
