Amnesty International, on December 13th 2017, has presented the report”Plag to burn the soul” in which the devastating physical and psychological influence caused by the survivors of sexual violence during the war was revealed.

Amnesty International has thanked the Government of Kosovo for sharing a budget set for raped women, while it was said that given that these women have experienced such horror, it will continue further support.

The government has decided that the amount of pension for those violated during the Kosovo War is 230 euros.

“Such a prime minister in London would be called successful prime minister. We thank him very much for the work he has done to pay back the victims of sexual violence during the recent war in Kosovo. I hope that cooperation will continue with this head of government to improve the lives of these people. We have consulted the chief governor and he has offered great support to this issue so that the leaders of these works will be punished” said Sian Jones of Amnesty International during the presentation of the report on women raped in Kosovo.
