We saw them with our own eyes. I was in a twist when IS soldiers were leaving. There were many of them, we were not afraid of them,” said an SDF fighter in late November.

“I saw the ISUI, left with locomotives and buses, took their luggage and headed towards Rumelani”, another SDF] fighter said. “They continued until Deir [ez-Zor]. I don't know where they headed after this, whether Abu Kamal or Mayadeen. ”

There is a “secret agreement” between the American, British coalition and Kurdish forces, where they allowed hundreds of ISovina terrorists to leave Racka peacefully in a long convoy consisting of up to 50 trucks, more than a dozen buses and about 100 other vehicles./Periscopi/
