It has officially changed the outcome for the mayor of Istog.
Now, Hakki Rugova is leading the race for the chairman of the Istog municipality.
The Central Election Commission has indicated to KTV that from the verified results of the Istog revote, LDK candidate Haki Rugova leads 75 votes more than AAK candidate Gani Dresaj.
Counting of the Special Needs and Elections Centres Co-ordinator Burim Ahmetaj has said that the number of votes -- those of persons with special needs and votes by mail -- will begin around 1500 today.
There are a total of 415 votes on bail, 68 votes of persons with special needs and 28 votes by mail. LDK candidate Hakki Rugova has received 9 thousand 901 votes, while AAK candidate Gani Dresaj, 9 thousand 826 votes.
Due to the narrow margin in votes, the count of these conditional votes, mail and persons with special needs will determine the winner of Istog chairmanial elections.
