The court in Pristina has ruled over requests to reject the indictment in Shefqet Krasniqi's case.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina ruled on requests for rejection of the indictment in the case of Shefqet Krasniqi, who is accused of inciting terrorist acts, inciting hatred and avoiding taxes.
KA LLXO.com finds that the court rejected requests for rejection of the indictment made by the protection of Shefqet Krasniqi, thus giving green light to the continuation of the judicial process against the former Great Mosque imam in Pristina.
At last session of this court process, which took place on December 14th, Chiefs Krasniqi He was acquitted and claimed not to have performed the deeds he was accused of.
The indictment states that the push for the conduct of terrorist acts has been carried out between 2013 and 2014, while the tax evasion was carried out by 2011 to 2016.
