They often go to the Center for Social Work, hoping to receive the long - awaited news.
A capital couple have long expected to be parents to a child.
Procedures for adopting a male infant say they started as early as 2014, Klan Kosova reports.
Like those two, there are 29 other families in Pristina alone who are waiting to adopt a child, along with about 200 at the country level.
But the delay is the absence of abandoned children.
