Tensions between the two countries have risen earlier this year, when Haradinaj, who has become prime minister in September, has been arrested in France under a Serbian arrest warrant.
He has been released after France's court has rejected Serbia's request for extradition.
“Establishing lists and accusing people of false evidence belongs to Serbia's dark times, under (Slo Slobodan) Milosevic”, Haradinaj's political adviser said on Friday.
This does not contribute to dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia as two sovereign and neighbouring states”, Matoshi said.
Western officials in Pristina, as well as local ones, fear Haradinaj could be arrested if he travels abroad and if his arrest warrant does not withdraw, Reuters reports.
Haradinaj will visit Brussels next week.
