Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Albena Resiti said there are priorities that the jobs done under the competencies the Ministry of Environment has to be achieved with European Union standards (BE).
“Health Protection is a global challenge, normally that in developing countries it is the biggest challenge. It has been done so far, but there is room for this approach to be changed”, she said today ( Thursday) on the morning show Kosovo good morning on Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK).
According to her, there are many projects, such as waste management, lower air pollution, etc.
When we're in the environment, we're going to grow green spaces, we're going to work on having “green cops”, so that we can have access to environments. We've had contact with the MBP and believe we'll have this” unit, she said.
Reshimaj suggested that air pollution is a very big problem for Kosovo. Kosovo citizens must know that we will do our best to influence to reduce pollution. We will take concrete steps”, she said.
An environmental awareness is being done, according to her. “There is pollution from large factories, vehicles, and many other factors”, Resitij said.
She said they intend to reduce pollution. All vehicles will not be registered unless the gas filter” is changed, she said.
