Kosovo Police Lieutenant Saim Januzi was suspended in 2015 for an attack on photoreporters of several newspapers in the country. Despite these charges against a police officer, the one at this year's November 17th session, where the indictment against four Vetevendosje activists was declared, has been seen present in the hall. Dressed in a police uniform, he was seen keeping order there. It was even the one who violently expelled family members of activists who reacted strongly after the court's decision to convict him, reports Periscope.

Saiim Yanuzi in 2016 was arrested as a suspect of trafficking in people and prostitution. At that time it was reported that it was the same person who in 2015 mistreated the photoposeries of “Koha Ditore” and portal “Indexline”, while they were photographing a sports game.

More precisely, the event had taken place at the “Adem Jashari” stadium in Mitrovica, where these photo-registers had stumbled during their work.

Portal Infocus had written that the same member of the Kosovo Police was suspected of a million-dollar theft at a hotel in Barcelona, which had occurred in July 2009, where he allegedly, along with five other people, had stolen gold ornaments worth 1.3m euros.

Otherwise, Kosovo Police through a media report had indicated that Lieutenant Saim Januzi of the South Police Station in Mitrovica had been suspended from office for forty-eight (48 hours), with the decision of Kosovo Regional Police Director Mitrovica./Periscopi/
