Two people arrested for casting color towards Government (Video)

Kosovo police have reacted after the protest march “Justice for Astrin”, with cases even being struck in color towards the Government.

In this case, police have accompanied two suspected persons to the police station, and investigative procedure has been initiated against them.

Except for the material damage, there were no injured persons.

Police announcement:

Today starting at 1500 p.m., protest march has been held “Justice for Astrine”, to end next with the talks of organisers held before the government's target at “Square. Skenderbeu” in Pristina.

During the entire time this event has been held, police have monitored its course, as well as undertaken all necessary police authorisation actions to enable safe circumstances for a peaceful protest.

Despite this, as well as the creation of appropriate circumstances for expressions of discontent for protest participants, some of them since the protests had not yet ended have shown intense aggressiveness and violent behavior manifested in the throwing of strong and colored tools towards the government's object.

As a result, major damage to the government's object has been caused to be broken with glass and black window damage.

To neutralise such violent acts, the police have warned and ordered them to stop aggressive actions, but despite the same have continued to disobey police orders and further continue with such violent acts.
