Kosovo signs two agreements with Hungary

Kosovo and Hungary today signed two agreements for international co-operation and judicial assistance between the two countries in the field of justice. The agreements concern the treaty for extradition and the treaty to transfer convicted persons.
During the meeting, Minister Tahiri announced Minister Trócsányi with the functioning of the justice system in Kosovo, efforts to implement reforms in the field of justice, strengthen law enforcement, as well as measures against negative phenomena in society.
For his part, the Hungarian minister praised the efforts of Kosovo institutions for the most efficient implementation of the law against all forms of its violation, their commitment to continued reforms in the justice system in line with the EU's most advanced laws.
