In this trial process Fatmir Limaj is accused of abuse of office and organised crime over tenders for maintenance of roads in the Gjilan municipality.
Nexhat Krasniqi of Andrew Shala is charged with the same works. Part of the trial is the Telaku Rescue of Florim Zuka.
Thus the Court has acknowledged the expertise of “as material evidence Cyber-Forensic” of expert Francisco Manuel dos Ramos Nunes, respectively, who has found that messages that were allegedly exchanged between Shala and Zuka have been forged.
This expertise, which has been done at the request from Shala's defence, finds that the SMS between Shala and the businessman are forged by a specific platform in the field of communications, but has not been found whether these forges were made by Kosovo Post and Telecom or any other platform.
The history of these SMSs has lasted since the launch of investigations into Limaj and others charged in the case, claiming that with these messages Shala and Zuka speak of the plot of numerous tenders in the Transport Ministry.
Zuka as owner of the company “Talli” and Shala as Limaj adviser, according to these messages believed to have been made in January 2009, several months before the MTPT raid and Limaj was asked about these messages. /Insider
