All clashes between VVA members, PDK's and LDK's meeting

Highly tense results have been announced for the municipalities of Kosovo on the part of the CEC, because there was much opposition to the outcome of the elections for Pristina and Prizren.

CEC member Sami Hamtti has said that in the second round elections in Pristina there has been no regular process and there have been misuse of votes, and Bulgarian Treni has acted by LVV.

Also according to him, during the bail vote count, it was revealed that however LVV has made a huge pressure to make the vote's count on bail before the overall recount of the boxes in Pristina and with a very serious concern have made the opinion and pressure to make that decision even by the Supreme Court.

Hamiti, too, has added that the commitment so great that no recount has been made, because “something happened in box”.

“Adnan, you've been classed not to be recounting, because you've had this suspicion, because you've just been working with the Bulgarian Express, otherwise you've had reason not to argue, because that result has come. Likewise, the other CEC member, Betim Yoshi, has voted against the vote of final results for Prizren, as he said there are serious doubts about the application of the Bulgarian “Tren” even in Prizren.

I don't think these results reflect the real will of the Prizren municipality citizens. That, there was no regular process in Prizren municipality are many arguments going on. First, there is a tendency, which at all costs and any means that the transparency of the process is not allowed, the opening of the boxes, the recounting and investigation of the ballot, where the CEC also fell prey to this pressure. It has been found, however, that three ballot papers are missing and not within envelopes. This has led us to have had the confirmed suspicions applied to the so-called Bulgarian Express, and has been able to misuse this” thousands of times, has put Yoshi under emphasis.

While Adnan Rrustemi, a member of the CEC from LVV, has said it is disturbing, which is being allowed to use the institution, even to carry out the actions already depreciated by the Supreme Court. He has said that Ham and Josh's findings are unstable.

Central Election Commission Chairman (KQZ) Valdete Daka has announced the final results without the municipality of Istog and Klocott, and the assembly for the municipality of Vushtrri.

The Gjakova municipality, Ardian Gjini AAK, has received 21 thousand and 999 or 53.46 percent. Mimoza Kusari Lila of the Alternative has received 19 thousand 152 votes, or 46.54 percent. In the municipality of Gjilan, Lutfi Haziri from LDK has 21 thousand and 261 votes, or 63.81 percent, and Sami Kurteshi from LVV 12.057 votes, or 36.19 percent.

In the municipality of Dragash Shaban Shaban from the PDK, there are 6 thousand and 579 votes, or 51.07 per cent, and Selim Kryeziu from LDK has 6 thousand and 303 votes, or 48.93 per cent. In the Kachanic municipality, Besim Ilazi of the PDK has 6 thousand 782 votes, or 54.73 percent, as well as Bastri Kodra from LVV 5.609 votes, or 45.27 percent.

In the municipality of Kline, Zenun Elezaj from AAK 8.397 votes, or 51.62 percent, and Sokol Basota from PDK 7.869 votes, or 48.38 per cent. In the municipality of Kamenica, Central Kastrati from LVV has 8 thousand 764 votes, or 55.57 per cent, and Shaip Surdul from LDK 7 thousand 6 votes or 44.43 per cent.

In Mitrovica Agim Bahtiri from AKR there are 16 thousand and 509 votes, or 57.41 percent, while Valdete Idrizi from PDK has 12 thousand and 245 votes, or 42.59 per cent. In the municipality of Obilic, Dzafer Gashi from AAK has 6 thousand 370 votes, or 60.52 per cent, and Mehmet Krasniqi from LDK has 4 thousand 155 votes, or 39.48 per cent.

In the municipality of Rahoveci, Smajl Latifi from AAK has 10 thousand 561 votes, or 50.70 per cent, and Idriz Vehapi from PDK 10 thousand and 271 votes, or 49.30 per cent, for this result has voted against CEC member Betim Joshi.

In the Podujevo municipality, Agim Veliu from LDK has 20 thousand and 27 votes, or 63.78 percent, and Ajjet Potter from LVV has 11 thousand and 373 votes, or 36.22 per cent. In Pristina, Shpend Ahmeti from LVV has 42 thousand and 262 votes, or 50.22 percent, and Arba Abashi from LDK has 41 thousand and 897 votes, or 49.78 per cent.

In Prizren, Mytaher Haskuka from LVV has 25 thousand and 949 votes, or 50.36 per cent, and Shacir Totaj of the PDK has 25 thousand and 577 votes, or 49.64 per cent. In the Shtime municipality, Naim Ismajli from the PDK has 6 thousand 252 votes, or 51.61 per cent, and Fatmir Rashit as an independent candidate has 5 thousand and 861 votes, or 48.39 per cent.

In Suhareka Bali Muharremaj from AAK there are 13 thousand and 755 votes, and Sali Aslanaj from LDK has 12 thousand and 410 votes. In Ferizaj municipality Agim Aliu from the PDK has 24 thousand and 384 votes and Muharrem Sfarca from LDK 19 thousand and 616 votes. In the municipality of Vushtrria Xhafer Tahiri from LDK has 15 thousand 122 votes, and Ferit Idrizi from PDK has 12 thousand 758 votes.

In Malisheva municipality Ragip Begaj from the Kosovo Initiative has 10 thousand and 868 votes, and Mursel Gashi from PDK has 8 thousand and 607 votes.

These final results do not include the results of the second round elections for Istog and Klokot's municipality chairman, as he has not completed his decision on the issue of complaints.

At this meeting, the Central Election Commission announced the final results of the revote for the head of the Partesh municipality, held on November 19th.

These certified results do not include results from the elections for the Communist Assembly of the Vatican, since the ruling in the Supreme Court has not yet been completed over complaints that were filed at the institution.
