Zymer Krasniqi's brother speaks for falsification of the name in the Lumez Jurispence file, that's what he warns

Zymer's brother, Ismet, said he's waiting for the occasion to dawn. They deny they are involved in this fraud, until they leave open the possibility to address EULEX for prosecution against the chief prosecutor. Zymer Krasniqi, currently, is in Germany until his last name was changed in 1991 when he passed the jurisdictional exam. His name is Zymer Tahiri. His brother, Ismet, gives his version of Express.

Zymer Krasniqi's brother, Ismet, has said he was surprised to see in the media that his family's name turns out to be involved in the counterfeiting of the State Chief Chief of State's jurisdiction file, Alexander Lumez.

Zymer Krasniqi, now 60 years old, along with families, according to Brother Ismet, resides in Germany from the time they were expelled from jobs by the former Yugoslavia regime. At the time, Ismet indicates that his entire family had changed the name from Krasniqi to Tahiri.

Zymer Krasniqi had worked as an intern at the Decani Court for nearly a year. He had conducted a lawyer and left for EU countries, taking only his diploma with him. And, leaving all the education documents and professional establishment at the Court where he practiced.

The time when Zymer had left Kosovo and had changed his last name to four brothers is 1991, when he too took the jurisdictional exam.

Allegations of chief prosecutor Alexander Lumezi's forged file were originally published by former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani. Then, two media reports reported on the Lumez file, where the name of Alexander Lumez was found to have been erased in the 1991 law record.

Despite this, Ismet Tahiri, from Decani's background, says his brother Zymer has never met Alexander Lumez and has nothing to do with forging the chief chief's jurisdiction file.

Ismeti, a physics educator, warns of the possibility of a private indictment against the chief state prosecutor. That's why he even talked to his brother Zymer. It says both have doubts about the justice system until it warns of the possibility to address EULEX.

He's thinking boo, but who's gonna sue me. It's just right in EULEX. Take me EULEX, then another case, fine”, declares Ismet.

Ismet says that this case could never be dawned after they had no information that their family name was mentioned in someone else's jury record.

But if Lumez has built his jurist career, the prosecutor and chief prosecutor, with false tests of Zymer Krasniqi's jurisdiction, the latter, according to his brother, today in Germany does manual work.

However, Ismeti shows that Zymer Krasniqi's file could only be released at the Decani Court after leaving all the documents at this institution when it carried out its 80th end-of-life practice.

“When there is such practice at the Court in Decani, in reverse, was with the name Krasniqi. Even the exams, and the diplomas, they all gave him the last name we had,”, relates Ismet Tahiri.

Ismet Tahiri says that all the records reported on his brother's file in Alexander Lumez's file match, including dates.

Although Zymer, he does not think he remembers them correctly.

In all of this situation, Chief Prosecutor Lumezi, in a reaction, has published the certificate of jurisdiction, which dates back to being issued on 25 April 1991, at the time when Serbs had taken control of all Kosovo institutions.

For all these details, Ismet shows his brother is willing to give his version of the event.

Meanwhile, the Express newspaper on Friday has stayed at the Decan branch of the Pec Foundation Court, where Zymer Krasniqi performed the practice some 30 years ago. Officials of this institution have confirmed that Zymer Krasniqi has carried out the practice in this court.

Otherwise, on Tuesday, the “Justice Trust” and KTV have published their research into the Lumez file in the Kosovo Archive.

According to research, after the claims originally made to former Constitutional head Enver Hasani, the day she was convicted of misusing the official task as far as UP's reactor was concerned, that Alexander Lumezie has forged the law test file, Lumez's name is written in three variants, in three different documents, in the file, which two days after reporting was taken from the State Archive to be held for investigation by the Prosecutor.

According to these two media, under the influence of light it is clear that in the law enforcement file under the name of Lumez finds another name, Zymer Krasniqi from Decani, whose number also coincides with the exam file given by the chief prosecutor in April 1991.

The first prosecutor of the Republic has reacted after these reports and has denied that his jurisdictional exam is falsified. He has said that the jurisdictional exam was presented to the competent commission, with which he received his certificate for the exam on April 25th 1991. According to him, testing is also confirmed by the original book, which says it is in the Ministry of Justice.

Until Lumez himself has demanded that these claims, since they leave Enver Hasani, be investigated, such a thing has only begun to happen. At the prosecution's order, Kosovo Police on Wednesday have received from Kosovo Archive the entire report of Alexander Lumez's jurisdiction. And on Friday, the original one of the Mother Book, located in the Ministry of Justice, was taken.
