Sadri Ramabaja is called by the Special Prosecutor as suspected of two criminal acts, here's his reaction (Document)

He has shown how suspects so far have been questioned by Jevat Bislim, chairman of the LVIZA Society, Gafurr Elshan, lawyer, Albuleen Haxhiu MP and Emrush Xhemali, Muhamet and Ibrahim Kelmendi.

Facing Special Prosecution Political blackmail

In my public commitment, in my political, publicistic life, always in the service of national interest, I have been inclined to have politics and morals, ethics, humanity to have natural fellow guides.
This morality has also served me in my academic life.
But it seems that in the course of Tuesday after us, they were marking the largest cut.
I wouldn't have imagined that, after this whole trip (37 full years) in the service of the country, a day like this one on September 25th, I would have received a “bonus” of this nature.
The Special State Prosecutor calls me a defendant and suspect of committing two criminal acts:
1. Murder of senior representatives of the Republic of Kosovo,
2. Preparing terrorist works or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.
This text of this charge, for fuck's sake, hadn't gotten back to the fall of 1981.
On October 4, 1981, The UDB of Gjilan had arrested me, and after three days of intensive investigation, they give me a decision in which it was said:
“...is ordered to be kept in solitary confinement indefinitely, since it poses a threat to our constitutional order of legal and RSPJ security...”
The decision was signed by Mehmet Maliqi, that world chief of UDB for Kosovo.
Then, when I was released in early December, I learned that within that period there were three people isolated from the municipality of Dardana: Metush Krasniqi (now hero of the nation), Sabit Kastrati (father of Witness of the Isa Kastrati) and me. This fact, of course, I took it as an honor to have been given the world, listing me with these men of this very eastern Albanian wing, but I consider it to be so today.

That the UDB was installed in the pyramid of our security system, I said in a press conference after police arrested four people, right after the demonstration that VV had organised on September 1, 2016. Even on September 1st, those arrested were also from the center of the country against Serbia:
1. There stands the castrat (son of Isa Kastract), Drilon Peareva (inn of Ilaz Pireva), Ermal Osman (the son of Kadri Osman), all of the families who have given much to the Republic and me.
Of course, knowing that the Republic is a hostage to political gangs and puppets (for what I've written enough), I was aware that political rationality here has always been on the run. In this bitter political reality, where all state structures are subject to a well structured gang, the justice system is suspended. In fact, he already works only for the interests of this gang.
In this confusion, understandably, the services of states that want to make the Republic a failure remain very active. The completion of the activisms of these services, especially those from Serbia and Russia, in the fight against individuals and progressive forces, is widely available. There is no other explanation for the lack of lustration Law even now 18 years after the war; there is no explanation for the complete rehabilitation of all UDB and KOS structures; there is no other way to explain the head-on with Belgrade and prepare the terrain for the North secession.
In this context, it is not entirely random that the edge of the war of gangs holding the Republic hostage while returning to that handful of idealists who kept the war on freedom alive. Their major engagement within Vetevendosje, but especially in the association's leading structures, the Movement Society, whose mission is above all evidence of historical truth about the LPK and the KLA, has troubled the vital segments of the gang holding the Republic hostage.
So far, by the lawyer's lo, for this reason, they've been questioned as suspects:
1. Gevat Bislimi (head of the LIVIZA Society),
2. Gafurr Elshani.
3. Alulene Haxhiu (Deputate),
4. Emrush Xhemaili (has called on the phone, and of course has not responded to his call and expected his arrest).
In this file, the names of the suspects have been named:
5. Muhamet Kelmendi (Professor Universeist, former LPK deputy) and
6. Ibrahim Kelmendi (the star from the three founders of the LPK, the only one left alive and alive).
I have reason to doubt that they are members of this gang that orders the pursuing of the natives, since early June they had my house demotivated, throwing all my anger into my library. The warning of one of the members of the forensics on that occasion was that it wasn't an act of theft, since it seems to be obvious that people have been looking for documents, now it sounds very real to me.

Clearly, this witch hunt, has the character of political revenge on the part of Serbia, while the puppets installed at the head of the Republic and Special Prosecutor, such as the work of Silas Hoxha, do the work you are commanded.
These should be the real reasons why there are insulated and quasi-organisms created, instrumentalizing and manipulated persons with severely damaged mental health, and thus giving to this purpose any Turkish head, from that titan establiment, which the Special Prosecutor, does not hesitate to name as the highest “representative of the Republic”.
See, this instrumentisation of the Prosecution by politics produces banal documents and accusations, which appear from heaven to be products of political party cuisines! Being this nytra, these actions may easily qualify as pure political blackmail.
Read this document and convince them that the body that should be the protector of the Republic has fallen into which it has fallen.
