preliminary results: 19 Kosovo municipalities head to runoff

In the election for mayors and assistants of municipal municipalities, according to the Central Election Commission, about 43 attended. 68 per cent of voters in a total of 2505 seats.
Of the results so far, out of 38 municipalities in the runoff go : Pristina, Gjakova, Gjilani, South Mitrovica, Prizren, Ferizaj, Istog, Obilqi, Podujevo, Klina, Kacanic, Rahoveci, Shdija, Suhareka, Vushtrria, Malisevo and Klokoti.
While municipalities in which the outcome is already clear in the first round of voting are:
Peja, Decani, Fushe Kosova. Skenderaj, Drenas, Hani of Elez, North Mitrovica, Leposavici, Lipjan, Novoberda, Shtrpca, Vitita, Zubin Potoku, Zvecani, Junik, Ranillug, Gracanica, Partesh and Mamusha.
We remember that for the Pristina municipality in the second election district, the VV candidate Shpend Ahmeti and LDK candidate Arban Abrashi face it.
In Gjakova Alternative candidate Mimoza Kusari-Lila and AAK candidate Ardian Gjini. In Gjilan Lutfi Haziri of LDK with Sami Kurtesh of Vetevendosje.
Valdete Idrizi from the PDK heads for the run-off with Agim Bahtirir of the AKR, while in Prizren the competition will take place between the PDK's Shaqir Totaj and Mytaher Haskuka from VV.
In Ferizaj runoff, there will be between the PDK's Agim Aliu and the LDK's Muharrem Sfarqes.
The municipality of Istog will also go to the runoff, where the race will take place in between the LDK's Haki Rugova and Gani Drashajt of the AAK.
In Obilic, Xhafer Gashi from AAK and Mehmet Krasniqi from LDK, while in Kline Besim Hoti from LDK and Zenun Elezaj from the AAK. Podujeve: Agim Veliu from LDK and Ajet Pottra from LVV, while in Kacanik Besim Ilazi from PDK and Basri Kodra LVV.
The Kamenica competes with the Castraati from LVV and Shaip Surdul from LDK, while in Enhance: Naim Ismajli from the PDK and Fatmir Rashit independent candidate.
In Rahovec, they will face Smajl Latifi from the AAK and Ibrahim Kryeziu from the LDK, as far as Suhareka Bali Murahreaj from AAK and Sali Asllaj from LDK.
In Vushtrri, the confrontation will be between Ferit Idriz from the PDK and Xhafer Tahiri from the LDK, while in Cline between the PDK's Sokol Bashata and the AAK's Zenun Elezaj.
In Malisheve Ragip Begaj from the Initiative and Mursel Gashi from the PDK, while in Klokot Strahinja Spasic Serb List and Bozidar Dejanovic from GI.
Always according to the CEC's preliminary results, independent candidate Bekim Jashari has won Gazmend Muharnier of LDK at Lipjan Imeri Ahmeti from the same party, in Skenderaj, in Drinas Democratic Party of Kosovo candidate Ramiz Ladrovci, at the AAK's Deccan Union, in Kosovo Burim Berisha of the LDK, in Hani of Elezi Rufki, independent North Mitrovica candidate Goran Rakki from the Serbian List in Lepovic: Zoran Todic from the Serbian List, in Novoberde Svetislav Ivanocic from the Serbian List in Shtpce Bratislav Nikolic also from the Serbian List to Zubin Potok Stevan Vulovic from the Serbian List, as well as in Zvecan Vucina Jankovic from the Serbian List.
In Junic the next chairman will be Agron Red from AAK, and in Mamusa: Abdulhadi Krasnic from KDTP.
In Gracanica Srdjan Popovic, Ranild Gradimir Mikic from the Serbian List and Partesh Dragan Petkovic all three from the Serbian List.
