Saimir Tahiri is on a difficult day today, in one of those days that God tests you to be true to yourself, family, and society. More than any crime in his life, he is facing his political history.

But his dilemmas are over and he doesn't have much choice ahead. He will face justice. And here's the problem. The opposition's difficult and noisy effort to make politics with the Tahiri process is not dangerous for Saimir Tahiri. He is better than the rest of us, he knows for himself what he has done, and I believe he is calm in his face with justice. But turning his punishment into an opposition political battle will not only severely damage this process, but risks turning it into a new failure for the opposition for some reasons.

First, the opposition is using its confrontation with justice in a political action, which he thinks serves it to uniquely as an opposition factor. The fact that the process against Saimir Tahiri was able to unite at a Lulzim Basha table that escaped from justice, Fatmir Mediu who escaped from justice, sentenced to six years in Albania and four years in prison in Italy, Monica Grande, who has seen a black and white im in her family, for such stories Kocho Hashadem, who is the symbol of charges of political connection with crime and corruption in the country, as well as other ridiculous stones, the fact that the battle against Sairi makes the entire biogra of justice in Albania, turns him from being a victim of justice and political hero.

And that's not good, first for justice. I don't believe there's any Albanian who put on a scale faces that have escaped from justice and that the process of Tahiri brought them together yesterday at a table on one side, and Saimir Tahiri on the other, so that I don't politically share this job. And this is a huge damage to justice, as it is another failed case for justice to be under the influence of politics. Second, this attempt to policy with the process towards Tahiri seems to have a response by the majority in power, which is using this case to prove that it never prevents justice and does not resemble the faces that have joined in hoping that they will come to power from the process of Tahiri. And if, at the end of this Tahiri process, the balance will be 100 to zero for the majority, as it is proving not only accountability, but it is doing the policy to use this process in its favour. Third, this disgusting political battle to use “process Tahiri” as a way to politically address the opposition, in relation to its history of justice. Since everyone is making politics with the Tahiri process, the opposition in hopes that this will bring all sinners together on a table, and most, that with this process it can prove to the West that it is doing justice, a positive balance will be produced at the nale for the majority, as they will prove they made justice better. They will prove that they have handed Tahiri to justice for rumors of bandits, while in Berisha's time, the chief prosecutor did not dare even inform Sali Berisha and Lulzim Basha as the perpetrators of the killing of four citizens.

Today Tahiri is going in front of prosecutors for third-class conversations, but Sali Berisha's son, who appears on phone phones and a lot of other documents as Deligorgy's partner in Gerdec, was not even called to clarify what he talked to him 25 minutes after the crime and why officials addressed him with clarificational faxes, without being the “ascistush” formally. This list is long with any scandal accompanying Berisha, Berisha-Meta governance and the first term Rama-Meta. Only now that the Socialists are alone in power, we have a prosecutor and justice that has no fear of power, and that makes the Socialists better in accordance with justice, that their opponents, to kill and not to cry. Above all, the assumption of reporting in the Prosecutor's Assembly shows that the prosecution is more interested in political spectacles than in confronting Tahiri's justice. The lamp, which is in the last month in office, will apparently feel “lare” in the debt it owes those who dared never ask about the crimes they committed. The only person on a difficult day today is Saimir Tahiri. He, like any citizen, would like to be alone in the face of justice and truth, and not with two camps making politics with his history, to continue the tradition of politicising justice. And it cannot happen otherwise, in a country where politics have always decided on justice. This is the first case, when justice will rule for politics. And those who are trying to make politics, with this story, will be lost.
