The Alternative Party, led by Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has reacted after presenting false facts, as Ardian Djind's people call them, last night in a televised debate in Kosovo, where all candidates for the head of the Gjakova municipality faced. The alternative has introduced the computer document through which it says it shows who the AAK governance in Gjakova was and in what way the decision-making process was organised.
The alternative says it has to do with exposing AAK's Ardian Djind over false facts about gas pumps in the vicinity of the Moustafa Bakijaʹ elementary school in Gjakova.
The decision to environmental favor the pump in the vicinity of elementary school and cultural heritage is signed by 28.02.2007, by the ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, namely, at the time Ardian Gjini was Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, said in response.
The alternative has offered many more evidence on the matter.
Here's the full reaction:
The false facts that were presented during the debate in Kosovo Clan by Ardian Gjini of AAK show again what the AAK's governance really was and how they organized the decision-making process.
To be correct with numerous viewers of last night's debate on Gjakova, we considered it necessary to offer the facts which expose AAK candidate Ardian Gjini and his false statements about the gas pump case near the “Mustafa Bakija” in Gjakova.
The decision on environmental approval of the pump in the vicinity of elementary school and cultural heritage facilities is signed with the 2802.2007 date, by the ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, namely, at the time Ardian Gjini was Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning. For more information, the pump facility was built without permission at the time of AAK's rule in Gjakova, where we have provided the legalisation of the terminal terminal's legalisation of 06.07.2011, signed by former Urbanism Director Leonora Raraci.
Having inherited many of the same kinds of problems from the former AAK government, President Mimoza Kusari Lila has formed the Commission to assess the risk of this pump, the commission that has asked the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning to reevaluate all the goodwills granted by the field of the environment for this pump and also to get consent from the Ministry of Culture, as the object built is near the object of cultural heritage.
All these facts prove Mr. Djind and AAK's in government, where, regardless of local or central level, have been willing to question students' tribal interests, violate laws, and today manipulate public opinion very well, well-known that the Alliance has used the election campaign of 2007.
