Pristina municipality chairman Lirak Celij has failed to convince Pristina citizens of the first municipality.
According to the preliminary results of DnV, Celij has failed to win more than 5.72 % of the votes in Pristina.
According to these results Pristina would go to the runoff, where, as the most voted candidate, it is VV's, Shpend Ahmeti, while behind him is LDK candidate Arbani.
Celaj has failed to win even more than AKR candidate Selim Pacolli, who has won about 10 per cent.
