Ismaili s '%n' sign contract for high-priced medicines, companies be responsible

Minister Ismaili has said he will do his best to make the prices for the medicines the Ministry of Health buys to be referenced to the market and the region.

“The contract for supply with the Imatinib tablets, which was reported to the media today, is not yet signed by me. I've said several times that the prices for medicines purchased by the Health Ministry should be reference to the market and the region. I will do my best to put this rule into practice. After reporting on price hikes, I immediately invited several different institutions to handle this case. Furthermore, Minister Ismaili has called on pharmaceutical companies, which offer in public tenders through which the Ministry of Health contracts them for public health institutions to be responsible and offer with real value, not at the staggering prices they enrich the budget dedicated to drugs for all citizens.
