German employment visa fraud, 120 thousand euros in the hands of Milaim Zeka

In the second part of the research on a working visa fraud scheme, Insander brings testimony and confessions to the implications of MP Milaim Zeka in the fraud of 920 Kosovars. Out of this criminal business, Zeka had received 120 thousand euros of cash from Blerta Gashi Sverkaj, who worked at his firm and Ilir Krasniqi's.

All blame for the fraud of 920 Kosovars with working visas in Germany, Milaim Zeka has been placing it on his partner, Ilir Krasniqi.

Victims who have asked the money to Initiative MP Milaim Zeka have received the same answer: Go to the police. Ilir is a fraud.

But the evidence provided by Insider shows that Zeka was the identify and executioner of this scheme of fraud that has brought him hundreds of thousands of euros in profits.

Blerta Gashi Sverkaj is Milaim Zeka's family. She has accepted Kosovars' applications and taken their money. Groverkaj Gashi worked for Milaim Zekana.

Insider has provided a series of electronic communications between Milaim Zeka, Ilir Krasniqi, Blerta Zeverka Gashi of other people.

A year after the employment agency was founded, ““Ir Krasniqi and Milami Zeka OP”, on February 10, 2017, Blerta announced Ilir Krasniqi's number of applications he had accepted and a total of 120 thousand euros that Milaim Zeka had given him.

The person whom Blerta refers to as Don is Liridon Gashi, her husband.

The buyer was a regular staff at Milaim Zeka's office. It carried the identification card with the logo of the portal “pa Rrotla”. 1. 050 euros has been delivered to her by a young man who has wanted to remain anonymous because of the fear of having consequences.

“A” fraud

“A” is one of 920 fraud victims. He had lost much of his family during the war. They killed the Serbs.

Although young, he has not stopped working to support his family.

Hopes that he would pull himself and his family out of the financial crisis had been entrusted to a fraudulent firm owned by MP Milaim Zeka and his partner, Ilir Krasniqi.

The whole story seemed reliable. Without hesitation, he had paid 1. 050 euros. The rest he was willing to pay as soon as he was called for a visa.

The whole amount would reach three. 500 euros.

But the suspicions that something was wrong, he had given birth to the day when the portal staff “paRtalla” had not given him a copy of the contract. “A”, had pulled out the phone and photographed it.

She had been told that after eight weeks she would be notified of getting a job visa, then go to Germany, and start working.

“A”, no one ever called him again.

He had started calling for answers. So not after a year of paying 1. 050 euros “A”, has not received a visa, nor has the money been returned.

He was beginning to communicate with the two builders of this fraudulent scheme, Milaim Zeka and Ilir Krasniqi.

Krasniqi had told him that he would no longer allow him to call him, and Zeka avoided responsibility with the reasoning that it had nothing to do with cheating.

However, his daughter's claims below with evidence provided by Inseder. Zeka, had tried to convince Krasniqi not to mention him in the police station.

After a week, he signed the contract with Ilir Krasniqi's wife. Meanwhile, he had communicated with Krasniqi, who had told him that after ten days he would return positive answers.

Never received such answers.

The “A” had gone to Milaim Zeka's offices. A worker had said the procedures are taking longer because of some German Bayern rules.

During this time, I have contacted Ilir Krasniqi through Viber several times. He's already figured me out that on May 25th, I'll give you the answer, June 15, June 25th, on July 15th you can come and pull the money. I've come to Pristina, at the portal offices of PaRotalla, I've seen it closed, and there's been an announcement that the office is closed”, he indicated.

He had contacted over 200 times in a telephone number that had been posted.

But nothing.

After much insistence had been communicated with Ilir Krasniqi. He had told Krasniqi that if he didn't give him the money tomorrow, he would go to the police. Krasniqi had told him that the office is closed and the line is in Pristina for having no money.

The “A” had investigated and found documents that the co-owner was also Milaim Zeka. He spoke to her on the phone. There was much communication with Zechariah. He had led him to economic crimes investigator Ejup Grguri. Zeka even gave him her phone number.

Zeka had told the “A” that there were once 900 people who applied and were deceived by Ilir Krasniqi.

The “A” had used threatening tones towards Milaim Zeka in order to get his money. But, a meeting they had had at the Scys Diamond Hotel in Pristina, Zeka was accompanied by several commanders, including Faton Ramadanin.

All this “A” has seen it as a way to give up the demand for money.

Zeka had told the “A” to meet Xhafer Ukshi's son. Ukshini is one of those arrested in the Kumanovo incident in Macedonia. “A” had refused because he viewed all of this as a means of pressure.

After that, “A” has indicated that it was called by Viber by the investigator, Ejup Gerguri. He doubts Gergur was working with Zeka directives, who was leading the investigations against Ilir Krasniqi.

“B” fraud

Quite the same way was the “B”, another young man who wants to remain anonymous. He has said he has paid 1,050 euros. The money had been given to Blerta Sverka Gashi, until she had signed the contract with Ilir Krasniqi's wife, F. K.

No one had announced further procedures. “B” had investigated and discovered that Krasniqi's partner was Milaim Zeka.

Ilir had promised to return the money.
