A federal judge of the American state of Maryland suspended the application of the third version of American President Donald Trump's anti-migration decree, several hours after a similar trial taken yesterday by a Hawaiian judge.
The judge's decision, Theodore Chuang, also has a national approach and will become the object of an immediate appeal by the government, aimed at permanently preventing the passage of American borders to citizens of seven countries, Muslims for the most part.
This latest version of the migraine decree is hard to separate from the anti-mysliman decree twice blocked”, Judge Chuang stressed.
It has prevented authorities from blocking the arrival of foreign travellers who have a valid relationship with one person or entity in the US.
Donald Trump justified his three decrees with national security motives.
The American president signed a third decree on September 25th that permanently prohibited the passage of American borders to the citizens of seven countries, Yemen, Syria, Libya, Iran, Somalia, North Korea and Chad.
