The Department of Criminal Affairs at the Constitutional Court in Pristina has made a decision that MP Milaim Zeka will be released from custody and suffer the measure of house arrest for 30 days under suspicion of carrying out criminal work “Partnership or organisation of the criminal group”. While case prosecutor Africa Shefkiu has said Milaim Zeka is involved in the organised criminal group under suspicion of cheating over 900 citizens who have applied for working visas in Germany.
