Russian officials say at least 17 people have lost their lives after a train crashed into a bus at a railway crossing east of Moscow.
A regional investigator's spokesman reported 17 persons killed in the accident, just 100 kilometers from the Russian capital, at the Oblast Vladimir train station.
State news agency RIA Novosti has mentioned a spokesman for Governor Vladimir's office as saying that the bus holds “baners of Uzbek”, another neighboring state of Kazakhstan.
The bus, it was with license plates from the former Soviet republic, Kazakhstan, as Russian news agencies reported, and tried to cross the railway in red light. / REL
