Here for the visit was the chief of the EU Office in Kosovo, Natalia Apostolova, who called for citizens to come out to vote, as she said, people with clean hands.
She added that calls by Serbs to vote on a certain political subject are unacceptable.
While the elections in northern Mitrovica are being conducted with Kosovo IDs, as opposed to last turn.
