Walker explodes after the Serbian minister's statement: Even she's a war criminal

The man who documented Recak's Massacre before the world and who saw closely the crimes committed in Kosovo during 19981999, William Walker, was surprised by Serbian Minister Snezana Paunovic's statement, which said he would have made ethnic cleansing in Kosovo.
God, where did she say that statement? I think it's probably one of the most fascist statements I've heard for years. It's not just stupid”, he told Express.
According to him, if the Serbian minister has really made such a statement, then her judgment is questioned not only, but also her humanity.
To say that Milosevic should have started genocide earlier... I just can't believe someone could say such nonsense. If she really said that, I think that someone should see its rationality and the quality of its humanity,”, Walker said.
The former American diplomat went even further, stressing that the very acceptance of the willingness to commit ethnic cleansing constitutes a declaration deglifying a war crime.
“Ethnic cleansing is a war crime. If she says she would do it even earlier than Milosevic, who was one of Europe's biggest criminals at the time, then what about her? This proves very clearly that she too is a war criminal”, Walker said.
In the end, Walker said he remains shocked by the rhetoric coming from Belgrade, voicing concern that such statements show Serbia has not reflected on the past yet.
I'm shocked. I'm trying to absorb what you just told me. It's a statement from a sincere war criminal. I hope she never has the chance to apply these ideas. It seems Belgrade has not changed much”, Walker concluded.
