Starmer bids farewell to MPs: “This is the end of my political path”

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer stated that “is the end of my political path”, as he delivered his speech from the speaker at the last hearing of questions for the prime minister in an emotional atmosphere.
The prime minister began the speech by paying tribute to the late politician Ann Widdecombe, saying it was “really shocked” by her death, while the leader of the conservatives, Kema Badenoch, described the former conservative deputate as “a woman with high principles”.
Badenoch promised it would be smoother with Starmer than he had been with Boris Johnson during his last session. By BBC-of, between the two leaders dominated <x0 tonnes of reconciliation and humane”, Periscopi broadcast.
For his part, Starmer thanked Badenoch for his support of the fire attack on his family's home and after his brother's death.
In return, Badenoch praised Starmer for his invitation to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to visit Downing Street, following his fierce clash with US President Donald Trump.
Beyond the usual discussions at the last session, there were moody moments, including football jokes. However, Starmer avoided a question if he would announce a national holiday in the event England wins the World Cup.
Neither did Starmer miss happy moments, as when Starmer told voters in the partial election in Klacton that “cast the vote in the basket”, a moody reference to the Count Binface (bin = basket).
While Finance Minister Rachel Reeves, and members of his political team wipe the tears, Starmer concluded the speech with the words: “For my wife and children, I love you. Goodbye”./ Periscope.
