Salah breaks the accord reached with Besiktas: Image Rights Conflict

A large media echo transfer, which looked close to finalisation, has stopped unexpectedly. Mohammed Salah, currently free player after Liverpool's departure, will not wear Besikta's fans run by technician Vincenzo Italiano: negotiations have officially failed due to impassable obstacles, of course economic character.
The pay deal was reached, then stuck to the commissions
Talks between leaders of the Turkish club and representatives of the Egyptian star had started in the best way. The parties had also found a preliminary agreement on the footballer's salary, with a staggering bid of about 20m euros in the season, including bonuss.
The first problems arose at the moment of determining the commissions for mediators: Salah's agent Ramy Abbas initially demanded 7.5m euros in the commission, then lowered the demand to 5m euros, creating the first rifts in negotiations with “management. The Black Eagles”.
The crucial crash for image rights and “merchancing”
What eventually broke the deal was the complex issue of image rights. Football representatives submitted requests that the Turkish club considered unacceptable: Salalah demanded 50% of net income from sales in Turkey of sports products by his name, mainly fans, as well as 100% of profits from Egypt's merchancing. The figure and clauses that, according to the Besiktas, would severely affect the financial sustainability of the operation.
Besiktas ' Attitude - It Is Final and No Growth
The club's position was made clear by the leader ♫nder ⇩zen, who pointed out that Besktas wants to protect his identity and finances. His statements found that, after three preliminary meetings, the club had set an impassable limit: the submitted economic offer is the only and final one, with no opportunity to improve it. With this firm decision, the Turkish lead for Mohammed Salah finally closes, leaving technician Vincenzo Italiano without his dream in Merkato and the assailant still searching for a new team.
