KDR collection postponed, lack of quorum hinders handling of Serbian judges' resignations

Meeting of Kosovo Judiciary Council ( KDP has been postponed because of lack of quorum, as some members have issued the meeting.
Initially, KDP member Ahmet Imam has released the meeting, while members of the Union Hyseni and Besnik Bislimaj have left behind.
KDP head Rrustem Thaqi has announced that, in the absence of quorum for decision-making, the meeting will be postponed for another date.

On the agenda of this meeting was also preceded by a review of Presidential Task Agent Albulen Haxhiu's request regarding the handling of the resignations of judges and judicial staff from the Serbian community.
Similarly, KDP member Union Hyseni, with the support of members Besnik Bislimaj and Ahmet Imami, had demanded that the point of the agenda regarding the mandate of KDP's permanent commissions be postponed for another meeting, due to the lack of member Aferdita Bytyqi. /Betimi for Justice/
