(2 hours ago)Members of the Kosovo Judiciary Council have issued the meeting at which the request of the U.d. would be considered. President Albulen Haxhiu for the withdrawal offered by former Serbian judges of the North Mitrovica Court.
During the discussion, the KDR member, Bashkim Hyseni, has demanded that this issue be the first point of the agenda, seeking answers to why handling the resignations of judges and staff from the Serbian community has been delayed for so long.
Haxhiu at today's conference has called on the KDR to act the same as the Prosecutorial Council to send for decree the names of the retired judges who subsequently withdrew them.
