Isufaj: Investigations in Jashar family attack case soon finalised

At a media conference Monday, the chief special prosecutor said the case is “significantly and requires discretion”.
The comments on cases related to the Jashari neighbourhood and family will soon be finalised”, Isufaj said.
“The edition will be completed soon, then we will see. This investigation is very sensitive, very sensitive and requires discretion. We're just doing that job. I can't say anything else, except the investigation is being concluded”, Isufaj said.
In a review of the Special Prosecutor's work in the past year, he cited two important operations conducted for war crimes.
“Ven to be mentioned that two important operations concerning war crimes have been conducted this year. In this regard, in cases related to the Recak massacre, five people have been arrested as war crimes suspects. Also, five people have been arrested as suspects in the Syrigana case in Skenderaj”, Isufaj said.
The massacre in Prekazi's Jasharaj family in 1998 is one of the most serious crimes committed by the Serbian regime during the war in Kosovo.
