The 1m-euro asset selection, Isufaj: The Kosovo couple was arrested in 2025

Kosovo police under special Pristina authorisation have conducted an operation on 30 June, as a result of which assets worth 1m euros have been seized.

The target of this operation was a couple from Kosovo living in Italy.

Special Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj has spoken about this.

Isufaj said this action was conducted to prevent a transnational drug trafficking crime.

“Under this operation in September 2025, two persons have been arrested as suspected of criminal activity “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group and money laundering””, Isufaj said during this conference.

“Operation in question is the result of inter-institutional and international co-operation”, he stressed.
