It happens, too, that Ferran Torrez wall is destroyed just a few hours after its implementation in Barcelona.

A work of art designed to honor Ferran Torres, the hero of the 2026 World Cup final, has been destroyed just hours after its completion in Barcelona.
According to the Spanish newspaper AS, the wall carried out by the urban artist known as the nickname “TvBoy” covered in white paint on Tuesday night, prompting numerous reactions to social networks.
The art work was placed in Barcelona's popular neighbourhood of Gracia and presented Barcelona's assailant with Spain's national fanele, kissing the World Cup trophy after the triumph of"La Rojas"in the finals against Argentina.
However, the mural was not well received by all. Shortly after its publication, some users on social networks voiced opposition to the work, opening debate over its symbolicity in an area with strong Catalan feelings.
On Wednesday morning, the wall was found covered with inscriptions against Spain and messages requesting recognition of the Catalan teams.

Artist TvBoy reacted through his social networks, suggesting he will not stop creating and that he will not back down due to threats or pressures.
This is not the first case of such a work that ends damaged in Barcelona after the World.
A few days ago, a wall dedicated to Barcelona legend Lionel Mess, and young talent Lamine Yamal, carried out by artist Axe Colours, was broken just hours after creation. /Periscope/
