As a result of the crash, the truck (the concrete pump) has split the metal protective barriers of the siege and has fallen to the lower level of the TEGʹElbasan road in the direction of Elbasan.
As a result, one of the people who traveled to the truck (the concrete pump) allegedly lost his life at the scene, while the other person was transported to hospital in serious health, reports TCh, broadcast Periscope.

Meanwhile, the driver of the other vehicle, citizen R. N., about 28, has been sent to the hospital and is out of danger for life.
