The collapse of the Uyman homes reacts to the British Embassy: We are concerned, actions were taken until court procedures are continuing

The British Embassy in the country has expressed concern about the collapse of houses near Lake Weman and said it is following closely.
“Respecting rule of law requires right and transparent processes, where people affected have access to their rights. We are particularly concerned by reports that actions to implement decisions have been taken while judicial procedures are still under way”, the embassy said.
She added that the “law should be implemented uniformly and impartially throughout Kosovo”.
“Call on Kosovo authorities to engage with affected communities, address concerns transparently and avoid further actions that could undermine public confidence or trust among communities”.
The British Embassy's reaction comes after that of the EU Office and other European embassies in the country. /Periscope/
