An accusation against a person for inciting hatred among religious groups on Facebook

According to the indictment, on April 16, 2026, the defendant, via the social Facebook network, allegedly deliberately took action with the aim of promoting and spreading public hatred and failure between religious groups.

“Acuza claims that I.K. defendant, through his incriminating actions, has publicly spread hatred and failure among religious groups, violating interreligious co-existence in the Republic of Kosovo and risking public order and tranquillity”, says the Prosecutor's announcement.

The criminal case will be considered by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, which will decide on the charges filed.
