Undeclared mall detected in Vmica, worth over 2 thousand euros

Kosovo customs has discovered an undeclared amount of goods during the follow-up procedures at the Customs Home Office in Vllmica.
Customs through a post in Facebok, says goods were submitted for importation by the importer, but due to risk analysis, cargo was selected for detailed control by customs officials.
“During verification and comparison of documentation to the actual state of merchandise, officials calculated the presence of an undeclared amount of radar for anti-larce systems. Based on data from previous discussions on similar goods, the estimated value of undeclared goods is estimated at around 2,050 euros”, said in the post.
Customs points out that the failure to set up goods constitutes customs against the Customs Code and Actis No. 08/L-247, as it aims to avoid or reduce the obligations of legally envisioned import.
Kosovo's “Dogan remains committed to fighting illegal activities, protecting legal trade and guaranteeing fair competition for all economic operators, contributing to the security and integrity of the Kosovo market”, says Kosovo Customs./ Periscope.
