Aktakuza against suspects in Pristina prepared for serious murder

According to the prosecution's announcement, the indictment was handed over to the Constitutional Court in Pristina, while the defendant allegedly planned a life deprivation of the person with the M.D. initials, following an earlier dispute between them.

The indictment says that E.H. had taken concrete action to implement the plan, including financial reward agreements, co-ordination in the way, time, and location of the work, as well as the assurance of the weapon suspected of being used for its completion.

The prosecutor of the case has demanded that, after the judicial procedure and the administration of evidence, the court plead guilty to the defendant and that the initial sanctions with legislation in effect be pronounced against him.
