(2 hours ago)The Kosovo Journalists' Association has condemned the attack on the TV team Dukagjini, considering it by force obstructing professional work exercises and attacking media freedom in the country.
The AGK called on security bodies to take measures, as well as the Gjilan municipality, to distance itself from the move.

AGK condemns obstructing TV team performance Dukagujni in Gjilan
Reporter Blerta Zuka and cameraman Enkeley Shalyan were attacked today during their reporting in Gjilan. The incident occurred as the Dukeagjini TV team was conducting a chronice for the works in this town's square. A company employee doing the work has physically pushed the team off and has managed to continue his work.
The AGK strongly condemns this attack and considers it strongly obstructing professional work and attacking media freedom in the country.
The AGK invites the Gjilan municipality, which is responsible for the work, to distance itself from this action, as well as the security and justice organs to do their job quickly and effectively to hold the attacker accountable.
Journalists must be set free to do their job in public interest.
