Today's meeting, these decisions were made by the government

-Acquired of the 99715 square meters of the total area of 1685079 square meters, according to the request of the Kosovo Forest Agency/The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, during 15 years for the removal and exploitation of the limestone stone, the Cadastrale Zone, Seqte, the Han Community of Elez.

-Agreeed on the decision to re-regard budgetary means in many of the: $1,15,000, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport under the programme, the Co-finance Projects with the Municipal Framework, from the capital spending category specifically from the “Program of Co-finance with the Municipal Framework” to 4 (four), new capital projects in line with the memorandums of the capital projects signed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Co-ordination and Co-ordination Committees.

Agreeing the decision to re-regard budgetary means in the amount of $1,550,000.00 at the Ministry of Local Power Management, under the Central Administration programme, capital spending category, concretely from the capital project “municipal programme for socio-economic infrastructure development and inter-communal co-operation” to 4 (four) capital projects in line with 4 (four) financial support for capital projects signed by the Minister of the MAPL and the Chairmans of Competent Committees.

-Agreeed on halting the execution of the Order for accepting and handling phone calls to the lawyer's appointment system, according to official duty ( Ex-Officio of the Kosovo Lawyers' House, until the competent court's final decision.

-Acquired of the decision to prevent the execution of the administrative act on the extent of the census spending of the Kosovo Bar Court, until the final verdict of the competent court.

-Agreed on the appointment of a Commission for Compensation of Crime Victims.

-Agreed of the decision to re-regard budgetary means in many 350,000.000 (three hundred and fifty thousand euros), at the Regional Development Ministry, under the Central Administration programme, from the category of capital investments, specifically from the “Regional Development Program” project, to eight (8) capital investment projects in line with project co-finance agreements signed by the Minister of Regional Development and Commission Speakers.

-Agreeed on the decision to consider further the demand for public interest in the real estate of owners and interest owners affected by project implementation: Shaking the slide on the road: Elesey-Gorca Hani, Kdadastral Zone: Regiment, Elez Khan Community.
