(2 hours ago)A person has been arrested in Junik under suspicion of criminal activity “retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of the weapons”, following an action carried out by Kosovo Police in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor.
According to police, the police station in Junik on June 23rd has accepted information that a suspect person owned weapons without proper permission. After receiving the information, necessary investigative actions have been undertaken and the order for control has been secured, the Klenkosova broadcast.tv.
As of today, police have conducted control of the suspect's home in Unik, where a pistol, a clip and 13 bullets have been found and seized during the raid.
After the police proceedings were completed, the suspect was arrested and interviewed and, at the prosecutor's decision, released in regular procedure.
