Hadziu and Kryeziu complain in Supreme, demand full recount of PDK candidates' votes

After handing over the complaint, Haxhiu has said that the voting recount process, ordered by the Central Election Commission (KQZ), has shown that there is inaccuracy in the count being made in municipal centres.

“Today we have submitted to the Supreme Court the now-known case, that the recounting process ordered by the CEC, has shown that there is inaccuracies in the count being made through municipal counting centres and that margin of error in the initial count is not small, because only 5201 votes of the Democratic Party have been counted in this recounting of 220 votes which have been added or removed from the preferential candidates. Therefore, to have an accurate outcome, we demand that the Supreme Court approve our request and order the CEC to count the preferential votes for candidates and Democratic Party deputies, because the law also imposes that the ballot counting procedure be guided by accuracy and also gives it the possibility of recounting in case they are identified incorrectly in the initial”, he said.

Haxhiu, has declared they are seeking recounting the Democratic Party of Kosovo votes.

Beyond our doubts, we now have a process ordered by the CEC, which is the process of recounting 185 boxes, or deployments. This process, ordered by the CEC, has proved incorrect in the initial count, and this is already a fact proved by the CEC itself, so we are also demanding that there be a recount of the Democratic Party's votes, because according to the CEC regulator, the votes of political subjects are not counted by the commissioners of that political subject, but are counted by commissioners or numbersers of other political subjects.
