Hadziu and Kryeziu complain in Supreme, demand full recount of PDK candidates' votes

The two candidates for MPs from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in the June 7th parliamentary elections, Bekim Haxhiu and Kryeziu, have filed a complaint with the Supreme Court, with the request for a full recount of the votes of the party's candidates, EO reports.
After handing over the complaint, Haxhiu has said that the voting recount process, ordered by the Central Election Commission (KQZ), has shown that there is inaccuracy in the count being made in municipal centres.
“Today we have submitted to the Supreme Court the now-known case, that the recounting process ordered by the CEC, has shown that there is inaccuracies in the count being made through municipal counting centres and that margin of error in the initial count is not small, because only 5201 votes of the Democratic Party have been counted in this recounting of 220 votes which have been added or removed from the preferential candidates. Therefore, to have an accurate outcome, we demand that the Supreme Court approve our request and order the CEC to count the preferential votes for candidates and Democratic Party deputies, because the law also imposes that the ballot counting procedure be guided by accuracy and also gives it the possibility of recounting in case they are identified incorrectly in the initial”, he said.
Haxhiu, has declared they are seeking recounting the Democratic Party of Kosovo votes.
Beyond our doubts, we now have a process ordered by the CEC, which is the process of recounting 185 boxes, or deployments. This process, ordered by the CEC, has proved incorrect in the initial count, and this is already a fact proved by the CEC itself, so we are also demanding that there be a recount of the Democratic Party's votes, because according to the CEC regulator, the votes of political subjects are not counted by the commissioners of that political subject, but are counted by commissioners or numbersers of other political subjects. Now, have they been deliberate or unintentional mistakes, the Constitution of Kosovo, Article 45 on electoral law, ensures that besides the right to vote, there is also the right that the accuracy of the outcome should be and the recognized vote, just as the voter has cast it, there is no one right under the Constitution and the Kosovo law to deviate from the citizen vote, even 2, 3, 6, 500 votes should be correct, as the voter has put it in the box of the”, Haxhiu added.
While, Kryeziu's stance, has declared they will exploit their rights to the end.
When we're getting the documents together, we've been told that small mistakes are minimal, so he said you need to agree, we're saying socially, but they're not the least few mistakes, they're not technical mistakes, because it's just a very tight number to be a deputy, like a colleague, like me, with a 589 mistake margin that happened in the KQZ system, and then they said no, not only you have Saturdays, but we've got it ourselves, they told us that it's a little technical mistake, but it has to be done.
We have our rights to use to the maximum, and our final right to the recount, we have a complaint there too, and we're going to look for every chance we can afford that is in our right and God's right that we use it to the utmost extent, because every vote matters, it matters and no one needs to become an MP with our votes. So we're going to take advantage of all the opportunities that are rightfully due us.
We suspect that I myself have been following the CEC official page on the phone and 589 have been added and told that it is a technical mistake, while only 2 votes have been told in response to the complaint, as 2 votes as 589 votes, are called theft.
So let the thief take his load off, and let him learn to work once and for all without stealing, with nothing”, Kryezius said.
The Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP) on Monday has rejected as groundless the candidates' complaints for MPs from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Bekim Haxhiu and Kryeziu standing, who had called for the complete recounting of the candidates' preferential votes to this political subject after recounting 185 regular seats./ Periscope.
