(20 days ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has announced that under the State Prosecutor's decision, 48 hours have been detained for the four people, with the initials M.K., V.K., Z.Z., and M.K., due to criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropope and analogo”.
The prosecution said it has taken investigative action, implementing even separate investigative measures against suspects.
At the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova and the ordinance of the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, today on the date of 05.06.26, there has been a raid on houses and escorting establishments of several suspected persons in the town of Gjakova.
During the search on the quality of material evidence, they've been seized:
Suspected narcotic substation of the type of weight cocaine about 293.96 grams,
Suspected narcotic substance of the type of weight hero about 124 grams,
Suspected narcotic substance of the type Maryhua in weight about 13 grams,
Suspected narcotic substation (unknown type) in weight about 116 grams,
A (1) two-round firearms,
One (1) air rifle with no serial number,
90 rounds of different calibre,
Money ready at a lot of 6536.76 Euros, 474 US dollars, and 60 Swiss francs,
Five (5) mobile phones of different kinds.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova said that against defendants M.K., V.K., Z.Z., and M.K., within the legal deadline, would apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the competent court.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova said that “is committed to fighting criminal acts related to narcotics, protecting public health and bringing persons involved in illegal activities” to justice.
