The EU welcomes Zelensky's letter of direct negotiations with Russia, Macro: Organise a Dialogue Toward Peace

The European Union has welcomed Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky's letter for direct negotiations with Russia, while French President Emmanuel Macron stressed that it is now time to resume talks with Moscow to move towards peace in Ukraine.
