Ulutash praises Albania's contribution to KFOR mission in Kosovo

The commander of the NATO mission in Kosovo, Major General Ozkan Ulutasch, has held a meeting with Albanian Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ferit Hoxha at KFOR headquarters in Camp Film City in Pristina.
During the meeting, the security situation in Kosovo was discussed, KFOR's current activities and continued co-operation within the country's stability preservation.
According to the announcement, Ulutash presented a mirror of the current security situation in Kosovo, as well as the mission's top priorities for the upcoming period.
At the meeting, KFOR commander praised Albania's continued and important contribution under the NATO-led peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate, based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244, to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all citizens living in Kosovo, as well as to ensure freedom of movement at any time and impartially”, the report says.
KFOR also reiterated that it continues close co-operation with Kosovo Police and EULEX, in line with their roles and responsibilities in ensuring security and rule of law in the country.
