Establishment of this Bureau is a state necessity and a clear pledge to strengthen rule of law, protect public interest and build the trust of citizens in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo has said, among other things.

Posting:

The State Bureau for Verification and Confiscating of Unjustified Riches will be alive because there is no other way for a state aimed at justice, justice before law and institutional integrity.

Today, the public consultation deadline for the Bureau Bill expires. We thank all citizens, experts, civil society organisations and justice institutions that have contributed to comments, suggestions and remarks during this process. Not a single accepted comment will go unanswered. Each contribution will be seriously and responsibly considered in order to have a law as complete, functional and sustainable as possible.

Establishment of this Bureau is a state necessity and a clear pledge to strengthen rule of law, protect public interest and build citizens' trust in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.

The unwarranted wealth, created on the back, the wrestling and sweat of the citizens of the Republic, cannot remain intact. It must be verified, confiscated when it is not justified with legitimate resources and returned to the citizens it belongs to.

Because in the Republic of Kosovo, the law does not recognise invulnerable. Nobody, except nobody, stands above the law, and no one can get rich at the expense of public interest without facing justice.
