The Special brings down the rumor against Trepca miners, Union: Nobody can silence the miner's voice.

The Independent Trade Union of Trepca Miners announced it has acknowledged the Special Prosecutor's decision to reject criminal outcry against the head of the Union, part of the leadership and 6 miners.
According to the Union, the criminal outcry was done by last management.
Unfortunately, even today there are people who, when seated in the governing chair, think they're above the law, the worker, and the union. There are managers who do not know the role of unions, do not understand union democracy and feel that through pressure, blackmail, suspensions and criminal charges can silence the voice of the miner” writes the Union.
Under the Prosecutor's decision, no evidence has proved that suspects committed the criminal acts of sabotage, misuse of the right to strike, or any other criminal act.
