According to the IKSHPK, citizens should avoid staying and activities in open environments, especially during the hottest hours of the day.
The institute recommends keeping as many of them as possible in shaded environments as possible, protecting head and face with hat, while sunglasses and skin - protection cream are used during exposure to the sun.
